What is the right time to apply for the foreign universities (esp. US) for MS course?

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his GRE exam.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.

i need to take up my GRE exams.. i wud like to know when the universities start takin in applications for the course starting from 2008.. (i wil be finishin my undergrad by june 2008).. also what are the other requirements??

In the USA the university school year starts about the beginning of September for most schools. But that means that you must have your applications completely finished and submitted with all paperwork by the previous Jan 1. for most schools. So if you are going to be in school inthe USA in September 2008 you need to have all applications done not later than Jan 1, 2008
Each school is different, so check the websites to get the exact details for the school you want.
