Question about MATH on the GRE?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his GRE exam.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great Gre guide that helped me a lot

Based on this course description, do you feel this is an appropriate course to take to prepare for the GRE Math section? Keep in mind, I have not studied math in 11 years.
PRE TECH/ MATH
This mathematics course provides students with an opportunity to strengthen or enhance their understanding and skills in arithmetic, algebra, geometry and trigonometry in preparation for entry to Technician/Technology programs, or for further study in other mathematics courses.

Yea. It sounds decent. The Math Section is all about timing though. All of the concepts are high school level (and below), so you can study from a high school textbook. The hard part of the test is getting all the questions done in time and not making mistakes. It also depends on what kind of a score you are shooting for.
My suggestion: Go to Barnes and Nobles and pick up every single GRE practice book they have. Do all the Math practice problems in every book and time yourself. That is the way to go. Once again though, depends what score you are shooting for…
