It is possbile to get scholarship with TOEFL 80% (not so high but acceptable), but 73% in academic is so low ( like C-, less than 2.0 which is fail grade in some universities such at my school, when your G.P.A lower than 75%, you fail). With these, you may not be accepted to good universities in U.S to do master degree. However, it isn't impossible to have one accepted. Try the best you can to contact with some schools.
