PostHeaderIcon Just taking a poll… Princeton, Kaplan, Testmasters?

Looking for info on gre preparation classes, gre preparation courses, gre test course and more?

Hi and welcome to my blog,

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his GRE exam.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great Gre guide that helped me a lot
So study hard and good luck!

Which one of these GRE prep courses will anyone vouch for? I’m interested in how many responses I get for one or the other. I just figure that real-life testimonials are a good way for me to decide on a very costly investment. So which do you all prefer as an in-class prep course? And please nobody say just read the prep books. I’ve tried that before and got a terrible score.

Huh, I didn’t take any of those. Instead I took the Powerscore GRE class in NYC last year (http://www.powerscore.com ) and liked it a lot. Much more thorough than I expected and the book was a real help after the class. It was a good experience and it helped me feel a lot better about the test. FWIW, I’ve been recommending it to friends of mine taking the GRE.

Besides that, I spent a lot of time studying the Practicing to Take the GRE Book (http://www.gre.org ). Whatever you do, its a lot of work, but if you spend time studying that will relieve any anxiety you have (it helped calm my nerves, at least).
