Is it necessary to write GRE/TOEFL to do animation course in USA?

am an INDIAN.Is animation a masters degree in USA?if so, to do animations course in USA universities we should be qualified in GRE/TOEFL compitivie xams ?if any universities that offer animation course in USA not considering GRE score but considering only
TOEFL score or not considering none of the scores, plz mention those universities

If you’re a non-native English speaker and wish to do a master’s degree in the US, you will be required to take the TOEFL.
Most graduate programs in the US, regardless of discipline, require the GRE. You’ll have to do some serious research to find schools that may not require it. The best sources for finding a comprehensive list of programs are Peterson’s and Grad School.com. From there you can check out department/program websites.
