Is it must to give GRE test while staying in U.S for doing MS?

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his GRE exam.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.

I have done my bachelors degree from punjab,India.I graduated in june2006 with 69%.I’m a permanent resident, and if i want to do MS than do i have to give GRE andTOEFEL test here also.Whats the criteria to get admission.I have done my schooling and degree in English medium.

Most uni’s will need a GRE test result, but if you did over two years of your high school in an English language only school (and as long as you can prove your bachelor’s degree was also taught in English, then this will count too), you should not need TOEFL test scores. I say ’should not’, but this is actually up to individual uni’s to make their choice, I can only give you the generally accepted entry requirements.
