Is GRE subject test important for grad school?
Looking for info on gre preparation classes, gre preparation courses, gre test course and more?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his GRE exam.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great Gre guide that helped me a lot
So study hard and good luck!
Some grad school say subject test is recommended but not required. Deadline is this December and I don’t know if I have time to study, suggestion anyone? Should I take it?
I think this really depends on what you’re going to grad school for. If you are going into a technical or science-related field, then it is a good idea to take the subject test. Humanities fields tend to judge admissions more on your essay, your past accomplishments and grades, and your recommendations.
Yes. GRE is required for admission to most graduate schools (except business school, medical school and law school). Depending on how well you are at standardized tests, you may want to attend a GRE Prep course taught by Kaplan or Princeton Review. If you are a good self learner, you can just buy one of those prep books at the book store.
If your GPA and regular GRE score and the rest of your record are good, then you really don’t need to. If your application’s a little weak, you probably should if you think there’s a decent chance you can do well. However, it’s better to have no score than a bad score.
my gre general is very good (1510) and my gpa is 3.9~~~ but the physics sub is only 720(59%)… I cannot believe it! does is matter a lot? I want to go to the top grad schools…
