Is a score of 1110 on the GRE enough to get an admit in USC for the engineering management course?

Maybe. They will weigh it against your undergraduate grades and work experience.
I doubt it, but it depends on your score breakdown. Look at your percentile scores on each test, not the total. If you are above 80th on at least one test, I’d say you have a chance.
