i m doing third yr degree course in e&tc engg.so except gre if i give gate am i eligible to go to us/uk/other?

Gate(Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is required in India for ME or M.Tech and GRE is for USA. I am afraid you have to clear TOEFL & GRE for doing MS in USA.
And for UK you have to score 6.5 at your ILETS, for further details you may contact British Council.
You have enough time, select your place of study and work hard to success. Others are doing, you too can achieve.
