Go to Barnes and Noble or Borders and review the GRE prep books. You can get either Kaplan or Princeton Review. The main thing about studying for the GRE is to get the strategies down and practice them until you know them extremely well. While you are learning the strategies take practice tests so that you know how to pinpoint which questions use which strategies. Also, for example, if you get for example the princeton review book and start learning and mastering their strategies, don’t then go and by other strategy books and learn their strategies because it will just be confusing and not pay off in the long run. Keep taking practice tests so that you build up your mental stamina for the example and become more comfortable answering questions. Also, give yourself 2 months to stdy and register when you feel you are fully confident to take the example. The GRE is offered on the computer and as soon as you are done, your score for the verbal and math sections pop up on the computer. Also, at the time when your scores pop up you can also send your scores to 5 schools for free, so by the time you take the exam, know what schools you want to apply to and which ones you want your scores to be sent to immediately. Best of luck! Study hard and it will pay off. Also, a lot of the gre prep books come with CDRoms that have practice exams. If you have more questions just email me.
