How should I prepare for the GRE?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his GRE exam.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great Gre guide that helped me a lot
So study hard and good luck!
I plan on taking the GRE during the summer of ‘09. Should I take a GRE preparation course or would a preparation book from a book store suffice?

Well, this depends a lot on you. What did you do for the SAT? How did you do on the SAT? Do you feel you could do a thorough job with a book bought from the store?
My daughter is about to take GRE exam – in about a week – and she has opted to get the book, and she and her friend are studying together. She had done a SAT prep class when she was in high school, and did do well on the SAT. But, that is her, and we have no idea how she will do on the GRE.
