I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his GRE exam.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great Gre guide that helped me a lot
So study hard and good luck!
Recently I have acquired "Barron’s How to Prepare for the GRE 2007; 16th edition", But additional Help would be much Appreciated. Also I would like the advice from someone who have taken this Exam with 12 months since today. Thank you in Advance. If you want to email be with additional help, please email me though Yahoo Answer email. Once again, thank you.
(I am planning to Take GRE in Mid-October)
I took mine about 12 years ago, yet I used the same scores for a graduate school application about 2+ years ago. I bought the study guide books from Borders and they were helpful.
I’ve helped people with test-taking in general. I always recommend more than one book, as each gives a different perspective. The most critical is to make a study plan, take a sample test each week, and don’t try to learn too much substantive info–if you don’t know it by now, focus on what you do know. Taking the test is half the battle! You can raise your score 30-50 points just by following this advice (based on people with whom I’ve worked).
