Does anyone know if you can do a course on GRE tests for graduates in the US?
Looking for info on gre preparation classes, gre preparation courses, gre test course and more?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his GRE exam.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great Gre guide that helped me a lot
So study hard and good luck!
I am a UK citizen wanting to apply to US to do a masters in a science subject. Does anyone know what to do about applying or preparing for this test. I would really appreciate any information on this subject
Thanks
Hello,
Go to http://www.ets.org/gre to get information about the test. This should be your first step. You can learn more about the test and then find out the location of test centers in the UK.
You can also head to the US Cultural Center in the UK. They will have information about applying to graduate schools in the US and some additional information on scholarships (grant, fellowships, etc).
Then, I would look into preparation material (books, courses, etc). There are too many books, courses, tutors on the market to give you a good recommendation. However, I would try to surf the web for reviewed prep books and also practice tests.
Finally, make sure you find out from the schools of interest to you, the exact testing requirements. The "regular" GRE might not be enough. They may require another test. You can only find out this information from the programs’ admissions offices.
Good luck!

There are a lot of GRE prep books out there you can get. They have sample math problems and word problems, and lists of big words that nobody uses that you’ll find on the test. I used one of them to prepare a bit and I’m sure it helped.
