PostHeaderIcon Should I take a GRE prep course?

Looking for info on gre preparation classes, gre preparation courses, gre test course and more?

Hi and welcome to my blog,

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his GRE exam.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great Gre guide that helped me a lot
So study hard and good luck!

I am a pretty good student, my GPA is a 3.9. Out of all of the programs I am applying to, only one university requires the GRE. The prep course in my area is 0, and I really can’t afford it. Will I be OK if I just get a GRE prep book to study with? Please only answer if you actually know, thanks :)

going to be taking chem, psyc, math, writing in fall semester. I am not really familiar with buying computers and all, so if someone could provide some guidance. PostHeaderIcon What is a reasonable amount of time to take to study for the GRE (graduate record examination)?

That is if you are not working and can dedicate a substantial amount of time each day. I’m working with an application deadline and would just like to know how realistic it would be to try to take the test in time for that deadline. And I understand that everyone is different and "it depends" and all that. But just a general idea please. Thank you :-)

PostHeaderIcon What is the best laptop to buy for a college student?

I really don’t want to go past 500 bucks. My major is pre-med biology. I will mostly use my laptop for office stuff like microsoft word etc. Surfing the web…and of course downloading music and watching dvds. I would also like for the laptop to have a built in webcam but its not that essential….SUGGESTIONS PLZ….if you have a laptop that works really good suggest it.
